Where we install CCTV or access control systems, you (the client) are the Data Fiduciary for the footage and access records generated by that system. Prazision Tech does not routinely access, store or retain your footage.

We may access your system only when you request technical support and grant us access, or where access is expressly provided for in a signed AMC agreement. Any such access is logged, and our engineers are bound by confidentiality obligations. If your system uses cloud storage, retention is governed by your agreement with that cloud provider.

If you operate CCTV in a workplace or gated community, you have your own obligations under the DPDP Act — including signage, defined retention periods, and controlled access. We can advise on compliant configuration, but the legal responsibility rests with you.

We apply reasonable security safeguards including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls limiting data to staff who need it, and secured business email. No system is perfectly secure, but in the event of a personal data breach we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by the DPDP Act.
